Tania Obeid

Tania Obeid is a staffing business veteran with over 30 years in the industry. As the lifelong partner of JobDiva’s late founder, Diya Obeid, Tania is propelling JobDiva into new territories by carrying on Diya’s legacy of ambitious innovation. Tania holds a Master's in Finance and a Bachelor's in Business and Management from the University of St. Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon. In her free time, she enjoys long runs in Central Park.

Gene Liu

Chief Technology Officer

Gene Liu is JobDiva's Chief Technology Officer and had been instrumental in the building and growth of the system's infrastructure since inception. Prior to joining JobDiva in 2001, Gene was a Project Leader for Algomod Technologies Corporation, JobDiva's sister company, for over 23 years working with Citibank. At Citibank, he was responsible for the development and implementation of systems for trade services. The well-developed systems processed up to thirty percent of the total US exports. He managed large teams of developers, analysts, and various professionals in different phases of the project development life cycle. Since 1979, he worked closely with Mr. Obeid in delivering some of the most advanced innovations in the application of information technology to business processes. Moreover, managing early in his career, Gene was a programmer for C&W Incotel, Citibank, Routers and Computer Horizons. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Computer Science from Hunter College, City University of New York.

Charles Rouhana

Chief Research, Development and Security Officer

Charles Rouhana is JobDiva's Chief Research, Development and Security Officer. He has played a major role in designing, developing, and enhancing many features of the solution such as harvesting, VMS interfacing, resume parsing and processing. Charles leads the JobDiva development team. Charles also manages deployment and the mapping of client processes to JobDiva's functionality. Additionally, Charles is JobDiva's Chief Information Security Officer, ensuring data protection, security and compliance. Prior to joining JobDiva in 2002, Charles worked at the DISCOVER Lab of Cornell University where he participated in research and development of video conferencing on mobile networks. He also participated in early research and development of Internet access over Bluetooth. Charles also worked at Ericsson and helped implement the first trials for mobile Internet access. His project was presented in multiple IT exhibitions with great success. Charles holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon.

Siraj Haider

Chief System Architect

As Chief System Architect, Siraj Haider has played a fundamental role in designing and developing major JobDiva offerings that include resume indexing and searching, CRM, email integration and the candidate portal. His contributions toward enhancing the robustness and scalability of JobDiva are remarkable. Before joining JobDiva in 2001, Siraj worked at Citibank N.A. Pakistan as a System Analyst and worked on Citibank Human Resource Information System. He also designed and developed a Cost Management System for Citibank N.A. Pakistan. Siraj holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of Karachi, Pakistan.

Daniel Liu

Daniel Liu is JobDiva's Chief Database Architect. He implements, manages and maintains various database systems, web servers, and application servers. Prior to joining JobDiva in 2001, Daniel was a System Analyst and Programmer for Algomod Technologies Corporation for over 13 years working with Citibank. At Citibank, he was responsible for the development and implementation of systems for trade services. Early in his career, Daniel was a programmer for European American Bank. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tunghai University, Taichung, Taiwan and Master's Degree in Mathematical Sciences from The University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, Texas.

Gus Samra

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Gus Samra implements JobDiva's growth strategy. He manages the full-cycle of the business development process from strategic planning and analysis, market assessment, lead generation, pricing and negotiation, to deal closure and client relationship. His extensive experience with JobDiva since 2002 has exposed him to challenging tasks in R&D and product management where he grasped JobDiva's cutting edge technology. Moving into client services and sales, he got a deep understanding of the market landscape and the needs and processes of staffing firms. Through his vast knowledge and experience, Gus has been instrumental in helping JobDiva increase its competitiveness and market share as the leading staffing solution and in making its clients the most successful. Gus holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.E in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph High School.

Carolyn Palermo is responsible for designing and implementing customized training programs that satisfy the unique goals of clients. She has more than 20 years experience in various disciplines of the Human Capital Management field - ranging from course development and training to account management. Carolyn has over 15 years of experience helping clients implement Applicant Tracking Software and best practices to increase process efficiencies. During the late nineties, she worked for seven years at Resumix as a deployment and training manager. Carolyn joined JobDiva in 2004 to lead our training program. She has been instrumental in mapping client processes and assisting in implementing best practices. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Clarion University, Pennsylvania.

Jack Shein

SPHR, CPC, Senior Vice President Sales

As Senior Vice President, Jack Shein is responsible for generating new business development opportunities for JobDiva. Throughout his career, he has held various executive-level positions in staffing and human resources at The Equitable Life Assurance Society, Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and Instinet. His post-graduate work is in Human Resources at Long Island University, New York -- Master's Degree. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as Senior Adviser for the Human Resource Association of New York. Jack has held many positions with HRNY including Vice President of Technology & Communications for HRNY and has served as a member of National Human Resource Technology Management Panel for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Past Chair of the HR/NY Certification Committee.. Jack has been an Adjunct Professor for Human Resources Certificate Program at Wagner College's teaching Workforce Planning and Employee/Labor Relations.

Courtney Revercomb-Crusoe

Client Solutions Manager

Courtney Revercomb-Crusoe graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Human Resources. She was in IT recruiting and, in 2011, joined JobDiva as a Business Analyst, supporting the Harvester and VMS coddler projects. She also played an active role in growing the JobDiva client base. As Client Solutions Manager, Courtney leads the JobDiva Support team, oversees integration projects, and coordinates internal IT initiatives. Outside the office, Courtney is an avid nature lover and hiker.
