Diya Obeid, CEO & President
As the Chief Executive Officer of JobDiva, Mr. Diya Obeid is responsible for setting the business and technology strategy of the company. With over 30 years of experience in IT consulting services, he has been an iconoclastic force in the recruitment industry. His longstanding commitment to technology and process improvement is evident by several pending patent applications for technologies related to search and the recruitment process....

Mr. Obeid is also the founder of Axelon Services Corporation, a national Information Technology staffing and consulting organization established in 1977. The company is a preferred supplier to the largest and most successful companies in telecommunications, banking, brokerage, pharmaceutical and utility among others. Axelon has been recognized as the most favored supplier due to its customer service, quality, rapid delivery, and competitive pricing. JobDiva's innovations have been expertly developed under the leadership of Mr. Obeid. He is a system developer, a recruiter, a leader, a speaker, an inventor, an adviser, and a visionary. He has been honored by his Alma Mater, Polytechnic University in New York City, with the Alumni Achievement Award, was a recipient of the Friend of Manhattan High Schools Award, and received the University Neighborhood High School Leadership Award for his services and contributions to the community and the public school system. He is the author of several algorithms in the fields of mathematical optimization and data base indexing. Mr. Obeid holds a Master's of Science Degree in System Engineering from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut. Gene Liu, Senior Vice President
Gene Liu is JobDiva's Vice President of Technology and has been instrumental in the building and growth of the system's infrastructure since inception. Prior to joining JobDiva in 2001, Gene was a Project Leader for Algomod Technologies Corporation, JobDiva's sister company, for over 23 years working with Citibank. At Citibank, he was responsible for the development and implementation of systems for trade services.... The well-developed systems processed up to thirty percent of the total US exports. He managed large teams of developers, analysts, and various professionals in different phases of the project development life cycle. Since 1979, he worked closely with Mr. Obeid in delivering some of the most advanced innovations in the application of information technology to business processes. Charles Rouhana, Senior Vice President
Charles Rouhana is JobDiva's Technology and Deployment Leader. He has played a major role in designing, developing, and enhancing many features of the solution such as harvesting, VMS interfacing, resume parsing and processing. Charles leads the JobDiva development team. Charles also manages deployment and the mapping of client processes to JobDiva's functionality....

Prior to joining JobDiva in 2002, Charles worked at the DISCOVER Lab of Cornell University where he participated in research and development of video conferencing on mobile networks. He also participated in early research and development of Internet access over Bluetooth. Charles also worked at Ericsson and helped implement the first trials for mobile Internet access. His project was presented in multiple IT exhibitions with great success. Charles holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon.

Daniel Liu, Senior Software Architect and DBA
Daniel Liu is JobDiva's Senior Software Architect and DBA. He implements, manages and maintains various database systems, web servers, and application servers. Prior to joining JobDiva in 2001, Daniel was a System Analyst and Programmer for Algomod Technologies Corporation for over 13 years working with Citibank. Carolyn Palermo, Chief Training and Transformation Officer
Carolyn Palermo is responsible for designing and implementing customized training programs that satisfy the unique goals of clients. She has more than 20 years experience in various disciplines of the Human Capital Management field - ranging from course development and training to account management. Carolyn has over 15 years of experience helping clients implement Applicant Tracking Software and best practices to increase process efficiencies.... His extensive experience with JobDiva since 2002 has exposed him to challenging tasks in R&D and product management where he grasped JobDiva's cutting edge technology. Moving into client services and sales, he got a deep understanding of the market landscape and the needs and processes of staffing firms.

Through his vast knowledge and experience, Gus has been instrumental in helping JobDiva increase its competitiveness and market share as the leading staffing solution and in making its clients the most successful.

Gus holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.E in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph High School.

Emily Clark, Product Management
Emily Clark helps optimize clients' processes and works with the technology team to develop and implement innovations which support the growth of clients' businesses. After a successful run as an IT recruiter, she joined JobDiva in 2008 as an account manager. For a year, she brought clients to JobDiva from around the country and the globe and represented the company at a multitude of conferences.... Keith Sage-El came to Axelon in 2007, after spending several years as the lead Administrator for the State Boards of Accountancy, overseeing the CPA exam for New York State and as the Assistant producer of the long running late night variety program "It's Showtime at the Apollo". Jack Shein, Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President, Jack Shein is responsible for generating new business development opportunities for JobDiva. Throughout his career, he has held various executive-level positions in staffing and human resources at The Equitable Life Assurance Society, Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and Instinet. His post-graduate work is in Human Resources at Long Island University, New York -- Master's Degree....
