Hi I’m Rick Blando, I am a recruiter from Collins Consulting. I have over three years of recruiting experience prior to that I was a consultant. The training that we had from Carolyn was very helpful. We got the product in probably about two weeks ago and went live with it about the beginning of the week. Carolyn came in and showed us how to add orders and how to add clients. The best part of JobDiva is when you do an agent search it will come up with 50 job criteria that you have and you could expand or decrease the search on the number of candidates that you get back so you can find the right candidates right away.

Back to the mailing system, prior to the training I did a mass mailing and I received six or seven calls besides the response on emails those that were interested in it. I’m following up on that. Once it gets rolling it is going to help me immensely to bring my numbers up and of course to make money.
