The most important tool or feature I feel that JobDiva offers recruiters in the IT staffing industry is that it allows for resumes to be downloaded from all the different job boards whether it is monster, career builder, Dice and Hot Jobs. It also allows you to harvest and pull these resumes in a very real time manner. It also gives you the ability to put in specific search codes and search strings to pull down specific candidates with niche skills.

It also allows you to search within specific industries by putting in specific terminology such as banking or brokerage to just attract those candidates in those specific sectors.

It also has an excellent database for recording and tracking notes, submissions and interviews after speaking with these candidates and creating an attributes of profile section. It is extremely comprehensive in the way that it stores all the information on a candidate in the one place.

JobDiva allows me to work efficiently within my day, prioritize and organize myself in a better manner then prior to using the JobDiva database. Using JobDiva has allowed me to work jobs a lot faster. I am able to track candidates and notes for candidates that I have left messages for. I am able to prioritize my day better of going back and speaking to those candidates at a later point and time. It also offers the calendar feature which allows me to schedule and prioritize my time better.

JobDiva has allowed me to find better quality candidates in a timely manner before my competitors reach these candidates on the internet. The fact that it harvest the resumes almost in a real time fashion from the internet allows me to reach these candidates who immediately post there resumes and for me to get an edge upon my competition and call the candidates in a quicker manner. It has enabled me to make more placements per quarter by reaching out to a lot more candidates because I’m able to submit more people to jobs at any given day have increased submissions which are resulting in increased interviews and increased placements.
