We started using JobDiva a little over a year ago. As a matter of fact, we have employed JobDiva in our sales presentations and we find that it helps another area in our ???? Quiver in our sales presentation.
We use JobDiva in our sales process to demonstrate that we use technology even in our own processes in our own offices particularly the harvesting which is really a great benefit and the clients we raise their eyebrows every time we talk about the use of that technology alone.
We actually saw a demonstration of JobDiva at a NACCB conference. We were really impressed with its features and the things that it could do; particularly the harvesting was a point I personally found interesting. I brought that information back to our management team we all sat around and looked at the demos and decided that JobDiva was the place that we wanted to go. We saw it as the future in applicant tracking software. It also replaced our current applicant tracking system at the time in addition which we used it to replace any sales software we were using as well. We found it as a type of full service software for our business model in the staffing and solutions business.
The harvesting portion of the software is really impressive. We were not using anything like that. We have been using people to do the sourcing and to gather that information from the job boards. The harvesting allowed us to eliminate the needs for those individuals and when the recruiters come in the morning they have all the stuff that they need for that days activities for the jobs that they have been assigned.
The harvesting has just really been an outstanding feature. Might be the primary one in my decision making process for the software.
One thing that I have also been very happy with is the customer support. At times we had questions; we weren’t sure how certain things were functioning. We were running into some problems with certain elements of the software. We called them and it was explained to us. We were taught very quickly what the issues were and able to resolve any issues that we had. In addition to that, from time to time we wanted to suggest certain changes, maybe new reports, maybe new things they could put on the different screens. They were very responsive.
They took the information they did the analysis on their own and in several cases actually did make modifications that we found were very helpful for us. I’m sure many other customers love JobDiva.
We can track activities; we can track client success rates in certain areas. We can even tell which client managers are having better success with and how to try to win over some other ones off of this. It is very pertinent information and we use it all the time to help become a better business.
I was an information technology, techy for a couple of decades and once seeing this software and seeing how the designers and the architects of JobDiva clearly understand the industry. I would commend the designers, the architects, and the developers of this software. I am just really impressed with how well they coordinated that with the business functions that our industry requires.
