Infinity Consulting Solutions specializes in information technology placement both consulting and full time placement. As well we do legal and compliance recruiting. I’m here today to tell you about JobDiva. We have been using it now for approximately six months.

What I can tell you about JobDiva and the way it changed my life is everyday I’m able to put jobs into JobDiva and while I’m out with my family at the beach, weekends, at night while I’m sleeping this system is continually going through all of the job boards that we use. Job boards such as Monster, Hot Jobs and Career Builder. It is down loading resumes and bringing them into my database. I don’t have to be there. I don’t have to watch the system. I don’t have to be in at work at all. It could be remote access. I’m able to work from home. I’m able to work from the beach. I’m able to work anywhere they have internet connection.

Typically Monday mornings, I could come in and have 500 new resumes that have been down loaded into my database. Those resumes are better matched than I have been able to find on my own through the job boards. The key component to that seems to be that JobDiva matches based on years of experience, initially I thought was a small detail. It turns out that years experience gives me much, much better matches. The system seems to bring back people time and time again that are exactly what I’m looking for based on the years experience which I found no other job board is able to do.

Our database has grown exponentially since we have put it on the line. I find for me personally my output, my production has increased. I am able to pick up more jobs. I am able to speak to more people and more companies. I am better able to handle more jobs. I am not as overwhelmed. JobDiva gives me the ability to work on more jobs at once than I was able to prior with our old system.

I simply take to our jobs put them into the system and forget them. I can very quickly reach out from to ten to a thousand candidates at once. At the end of the day I could have 50 responses of which those are highly qualified for that particular job.

Another feature that I like is that my recruiters have become much more collaborative. I can put notes into the system on certain applicants and someone else in my office looks at that applicant those notes are all in one spot, everybody can see those. It’s a much more robust system than any other systems that we looked at and work with.

When we initially sided up JobDiva came in did training for us. They were great with training in New York. They also made a trip out to Chicago and did training with the people on site there. Any questions we had with the system, we have been able to get people on the phone. We have also been able to email the support to JobDiva. They have been great. The responses have been very quick. JobDiva was above and beyond any product on the market currently that we looked at and we recommend it highly.
