Hi, my name if Matt Pfenning, I work for Infinity Consulting Solutions. I am a Regional Director. I just opened the office about two months ago. I have been working with JobDiva for about three months now.

I have been recruiting for four years but what JobDiva has done for me is made my life a lot easier. Opening up my own office, I have to do all the administrative stuff like setting of the computers, stuff that takes me away from recruiting, be on the phone. JobDiva gives me the opportunity to sit back and do that because they are doing my job for me pretty much it’s having another recruiter on your desk working for you.

It takes a lot of headaches away. It takes a lot of go letting me go do what I’m good at and that is speaking to clients. I don’t have to sit in the office until 8:00 or 9:00 at night anymore, which I’m sure no one likes to do.

It definitely helps me as a manager also. I can track a lot of different things to different people, what they are doing, what they’re plugging in there and who are they speaking to. Pretty much I could not go back to recruiting without JobDiva just because it has opened up a lot more opportunities for me to recruit to get more jobs while JobDiva is working for me.

It is always up on my screen at all times. It is always working. It is always helping me. JobDiva also gives me everything all at once. I can see applicants, where they have been, where they have gone. I could put jobs in. I could track managers. It is pretty simply when I get that surprise phone call from a manager if they are asking me about candidates, all I have to do is quickly throw in the job and I have all my information right there, all of my notes. I am never caught in something that I don’t know. I have a lot to learn with it but also the great thing is JobDiva is very accessible. You can always get a hold of them either an email or phone call away. Their costumer service is great they get back to you right away.

The most thing they save me a lot of time and headaches. I am being able to concentrate on the recruiting, more of calling, picking up jobs, speaking to managers and making life a lot easier and making more money.
