I remember when we first got the product, I went home that evening and I was on my computer at home and I was searching through resumes and I was like this is so great. I was on it for hours and finally my husband yelled down the stairs, he said, “Get off the computer” but it was just my first experience with JobDiva. I was just thrilled with it.

JobDiva is a really powerful search tool. You can get so granular in what you’re looking for, the skills, the amount of time the people have them, location. It is really far and above any other recruiting tool. We had two other recruiting tools before JobDiva and there no comparison between them and this product.

The first job I had when I was using JobDiva as a recruiting tool, was a client who wanted someone who knew Java, ATG Dynamo and could speak French that was the requirement. I went into JobDiva and said this will be a test. It came up with twenty people. I filled that job.

Having JobDiva in my back pocket so to speak, gives me a lot confidence when I’m talking to a client. Everyone thinks that their needs are specific and very special. I can say to them that I have this very powerful recruiting tool. Even though you need something that’s very esoteric, I’m sure that I can find it for you because of this tool that we have available to us.

One of the great things about JobDiva is that I can access it from home; I can access it when I’m on the road, and any place where I have internet access I can get to our database. Often times, I need to call someone, I need to email them, I’m at home and previous times I wouldn’t have their information, I could just log onto JobDiva and get it. I could call them, email them do whatever I need to do. It is Fabulous!

Everyone we worked with at JobDiva has been such a pleasure to work with. We like them when they call. We are excited when they call. They are very responsive to us, if we have a question or a problem, or an issue they get right on it. They get back to us. They follow up. They incorporate new things into the product as we ask for them. It has been just pure pleasure working with the people there.
