As a recruiter JobDiva is probably one of the best tools that I have used because it has a lot of its features. It has email merge, which I think it is great because you can send out an email to 5,000 people and you can get some good responses on people that might qualify for a job that you are looking for. Also, I like the fact that you can put all your notes in for your colleagues to see. If you meet a candidate that you find very sharp you can put notes so six months down the road you know more about the person.

Another great aspect is that you can search by years of experience. If you are looking for someone with then years, all you have to do is put ten years and only people with at least ten years of experience would come up. It kind of narrows down your search a little more and, you don’t have to waste your time going through maybe 1,000 of resumes it would only be 100 resumes.

We used to use Gofer. You would be able to search for a certain characteristics but you could not put years of experience in but if you pull one of the job boards you can do that. However, with JobDiva it pulls from all the different job boards. It makes it easier so you don’t have to go out to monster, career builder and hot jobs. They all pull from all the sources and you just have them all from one database.

It’s always harvesting jobs for me and even when I am not at work it still produces good quality candidates for me. I can check it from home. I can go home, go to the gym and come home and make some calls and put some notes in and everything is there in one big database for me as appose to have to bring home folders I just have everything all in one. It just makes everything that much easier for me.

It makes it easier to juggle a bigger work load because you have a tool working for you at all times and it makes it that much easier to actually have a life and be a recruiter. A lot of times when you are a recruiter you basically live on the phone so this way it’s kind of doing the work for you so you can have more time to yourself.

Since I have been using JobDiva my productivity has gone up a lot. I have been able to handle more clients therefore I can make more money. I am harvesting resumes all the time and I’m always providing my clients with good quality candidates. Everyone seems to be satisfied. I’m happy because I’m making lots of money. They are happy because they have the people that they need.

Now that you know about JobDiva you are going to compete with me, maybe it was a bad idea that I’m doing this testimony.
