Josh Ziman, Account Manageer of Gobal Cl, Inc. (2:15) www.globalci.com

What I see a lot is the result of the submittals. The submittal goes through and the manager will be reviewing the resume whether it is printed out or it’s on the computer. The first line of anything is the presentation and the quality that goes through with that. Global CI is a big part of that but the transition and middle ware for that is definitely JobDiva. It gets over to the client in a timely manner and a fashionable manner as well. It reflects on our professionalism as well as the software that we use to do that and the decision making abilities that we have.

Before JobDiva it was papers, pens, ink and the need to document everything by hand. Obviously it was a long process but also a big process in terms of the amount information you had to keep and carry with you at all times. With JobDiva the ability to access it from anywhere around the world and any time it was all online, very easy and all in chronological order, very simple and very easy to use.

A standard job acquisition would be to meet with the client. The client has some information for us about an opening or position that is coming out. I would come back with that information and enter it into JobDiva through the new job category. I would enter it in and assign hour HR for it to get the job posted on line and to assign a recruiter to it. The recruiters can then go into the position and they can breakdown what the description is and enter the talent search and they can look for new jobs as well as the harvesting information.

Keeping track of contact information and conversations that I have had building databases of our current clients, so I get to know them on a more personal level. There are over 80 of them. It is difficult to remember them one on one what everything is but I can review the information before I go into meetings. I have information for them and real additional information it makes my life much easier and it makes my clients life easier which is exactly what we want to do.
