We were an easy access user. The tool was a server based application that was not web enabled that our recruiters in our office were using to staff our job orders. We found that tool was not really relevant in today’s market place with the advent of the internet and the job boards and the way you go about seeking and submitting your candidates to your clients, we made a determination to identify a new system to use. We found the JobDiva tool as one of the possible options we wanted to select after some review and comparisons we decided that JobDiva was right for us.

We are currently in the middle of installing it. The good news is two weeks ago we made the decision. Today I have it running on my desk top. Most of our data has been uploaded and converted and we are using it actively to submit resumes to our clients to meet their current demands.

We are currently be trained by JobDiva. We are finding that in six hours of time all of our recruiters are walking away with a good understanding of how to use the tool and immediately they are all excited about going back to their desk and starting to put JobDiva to work to identify the candidates faster so that they can submit them out to our clients.

The reasons we decided to go with JobDiva are we found that our clients have a lot of job order demand being put upon our company. We are fortunate to get the opportunity from them but they have a real expectation as a supplier we are providing them with candidates to meet all of the various requirements. Our expectations of JobDiva is that it’s going to take the production of our recruiters and double or triple the number of resumes that our company can get out the door that have been qualified and pre vetted and determined to be a fit for our customers and at the price that our customers are willing to pay. I am very excited to have JobDiva installed at Collins.
