Hi, I’m Jen Daily from Texas Solutions, Director of Recruiting. We are located in Randolph, New Jersey. We have been in business since 1993 and we specialize in IT recruiting. We recruit across the board from IT to customer service as well as legal and insurance areas such as that. I have used many candidate, client database management systems. When I came on board at Texas Solutions we had just started to implement JobDiva. It has changed my approach to recruiting and my teams approach to recruiting drastically. What it has done is automated the process. It goes out and grabs all of these viable candidates from each board saving us time and money.

Another feature that I love about Diva is the Diva VMS. Before coming to Texo and before we actually got things up and running with JobDiva at Texo, I have worked with a lot of VMO systems. We would have to go into the VMO and VMS and pull out jobs individually, then upload them into our database to distribute to the recruiting team. What Diva at VMS has done for us is, it is called a Spider. It goes out to the VMS and grabs the individual jobs, the job number, the description, the location everything that you need and puts it automatically into the system distributes it out to the people that is necessary to get it. It uploads that information immediately. All you need to do is put in the skills that you need to search for and you are off and running.

Being that the economy is tough, I think that we are staying ahead of the pack and I think that JobDiva has a lot to do with that. I think that it is giving us the competitive edge in the market and I think that you need that right now with everything that’s going on.
