We brought on the product four years ago, prior to that we had a very old antiquated system. One of the first things that I did when I came into the company was to evaluate the hold product field, all the ATS’. At one point we actually evaluated well over 100 products. What clinched us to pick out JobDiva is the fact that well I have about 25 years in the recruiting business and when I saw the demos of the product and saw its capabilities by far and away it was the best product out there.
Some one who has been in the recruiting business for any period of time could see the value that the product has. We brought the product in as I said about four years ago and it has been implemented throughout the entire company. When I say the entire company, we have approximately about 25 recruiters that use the product. We are a New York based firm, however it’s used in our other locations also in Atlanta, Tampa, in Edison, NJ, in Canada and we actually also utilize it in our foreign locations in Romania and India. Those foreign locations by the way are actually recruiting for US candidates for US positions. We have actually got involved with of off shoring the recruiting effort. JobDiva has been able to do that for us, if we did not have JobDiva we would not be able to do this.
It has also helped me from a management point of view. In terms of looking at metrics, key performance indicators. All these KP guys are actually gathered by JobDiva as each recruiter does their daily work in terms of submittals just tracking the typical lifecycle, recording information. All that information is recorded into JobDiva and from a management point of view we are able to capture that information and see it on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and able to review the performance of all the recruiters that are using the tool itself.
JobDiva has helped CGS I think really gain a competitive advantage in the market place. JobDiva has helped CGS to fill many positions internally as well besides our IT staffing business. For example, we operate call centers throughout the country. We also operate a software business, which we develop software for the apparel business. We also do an IT consulting business as well and JobDiva has helped CGS fill all of our internal positions. We don’t go to the outside at all as far as using any external personnel agencies. 100% of all openings have been filled by our internal people and JobDiva is the tool that allows us to find the talent.
The company behind JobDiva has always been very good about upgrading the product, adding features on a continuing kind of basis. It is good to see that you are not paying on a menu basis for every little feature of the product. It is a one price, on stop shop where the product is there and it is constantly being upgraded.
As we have grown, we have worked very closely with the management of JobDiva and they have made modifications, adapted things to our business that has helped us do better reporting, better reaching out to candidates, better screening of candidates. One of the key things that JobDiva did not have when we first saw the product was a radius search. Sure enough after a certain period of time it was brought into the product not only for CGS purposes but for all the other companies as well. I think that has been a tremendous tool within the product itself.
