JobDiva is a daily tool that once the database is built each telephone call, each email, each touch is easily rapidly recorded for future reference because sometimes we don’t remember everything. There is a lot going on, memories are short. JobDiva has a very long easy to access memory. It’s your partner in keeping on top of all the situations. It great for the appointments and when you take multiple individuals on the appointments be it a CEO, a consultant, a principle consultant, a recruiter it automatically sends out invitations and updates.
On a daily basis you have your task list already generated by yourself and track. You don’t have to have any paper, absolutely paperless, logged onto from anywhere. You have the convenience of mobility. You can work from home. Life happens. Sometimes we have the best of plans. Personally, I experienced an event where I had a medical emergency in the family and for a period for about four months was between multiple states. It didn’t impede my forward progress in the business development side or project side I was working on because I was able to log on from whatever location. If something was critical with the family member I could let my teammates know could you please pick up or if a call came in it didn’t matter they could go and reference all of my notes. Granted it is good as what you put in it. If you are not utilizing it and if you are not recording the notes you can’t expect people to read your mind. On the other hand it’s your best partner on insuring that contacts are timely, they are effective.
You remember all the little notes that you used to have different logs, rolodexes and files you can have everything you absolutely need in one place at the touch of a finger tip. It is that intuitive if you used any other CRM.
When I started using JobDiva it took me about ten minutes to get in and figure it out. I had been using another CRM program that was also open box highly intuitive to transition from other CRM that are leading edge is very simple. I know from utilizing the opening box the opening source thing is the easiest thing in the world.
