We value the participation of JobDiva in our growth. We feel it helps us on various levels. In terms of pure recruiting, where most of our business is high tech where our clients are looking for very difficult to find people. We find JobDiva is a competitive advantage for us in terms of identifying candidates in an efficient and effective manner. I thing that the advantage of using JobDiva is they have been very cooperative in streamlining and customizing some of their software that can be readily used for our needs. I think that it has grown over the last couple of years and continues to become a better and better product.

They are very supportive in listening to some of our needs and making the changes necessary which again we have not had that kind of support in the past. We are mostly situated in the tri-state area; about 75% of our clients are in the financial, brokerage and investment banking area. To us these are very difficult clients. They are very demanding in a very demanding environment. They want what they want and they want the candidates that are very hard to find. Through JobDiva and through our own experiences we are able to find these types of candidates. For example, many of our clients don’t just want people with technical skills. They want people with technical skills as well as business skills. We will get job orders for a C++ oracle person but also must have risk or must have trading systems or fixed income and sometime the business side is as hard to find just as much as the technology side. Again using JobDiva we can build benches, we can identify these candidates in a very efficient and a quick manner and beat our competition to the punch.

Through its mapping we can find candidates not just with technology skills but with specific skill such as fixed income or trading systems. In terms of our search engine we can identify those types of skills and find those candidates that are qualified for the job. Then our job is to go out there and get these candidates or get referrals for them. Many of these candidates that we’re looking for are not easily found on the job boards. They have to find people not just with the technical skills with the business skills also. Often these people are not readily on the job boards.

We utilize JobDiva to build a database of people that we start contacting, developing a relationship with over the period of months and years. JobDiva is very helpful to us in having our recruiters’ find these people and build long term relationships them and when we do get jobs to identify these people very quickly and contact them as fast as possible.
