We have a strange business model to most people but to us it seems to have been the best model out there. We have virtue offices. We don’t believe in brick and mortar. We started the company that way and looks like we are going to continue to run the company that way.

By having virtue offices everyone is working primarily from their homes. The production that we get out of those people is outstanding. They are never punching a clock. They are out there working when they can, weekends and nights. Virtue offices has giving us a slight advantage over our competition and that is what we were looking for. Technology lets you do all of this. We can share files. Technology is the answer to virtue offices.

We have the same problem that most other consulting firms have, that is finding qualified people, getting them at the best rate, getting to them quickly and furnishing these candidates to our clients within 24 to 48 hours and it’s a challenge. We have managed to overcome that challenge with a product that we think is terrific and that is JobDiva. It helps us meet that challenge.

There are other challenges. I think we have met those challenges and overcome them. Some of those challenges are our people talking to each other, finding out when a job comes in, what are the rules of the job. There is always a way to overcome that and technology has let us overcome that. JobDiva has let us overcome that. It gives us the ability, for our people to enter their job orders. Our sales staff can enter their job orders immediately. Recruiting sees them almost immediately. Now you don’t have a salesman coming into the office with a job order at 5:00 on a Friday night and waiting until Monday to enter that into the system. He is going to go home and enter it into the system. Our recruiters are going to be looking for it on Saturday, Sunday. We’ve got the coverage that we need.

They have accomplished this and made us grow over the last five years consistently. There were challenges of how do you manage and how do you keep tabs on these people and how do you monitor their production. It is simple technology, a tool, JobDiva.

It gives us the ability to track what our recruiters are doing, what sales are doing, what kind of submittals we are getting against the rec, where we are running into problems. We have overcome those problems.

I can say this, with our experience with me and my two associates, there is over 100 years of experience in this industry. We know the market, we know what clients look for it’s just a matter of putting together the staff that can do this and we have done that and having the right tools to accomplish it.
