Previously in recruiting we used to have to go to all the different various job boards to do individual searches on their sites to find the appropriate candidates and then do all the individual screenings and try to weed thru everybody to get the right candidates for the opportunity.
We have been working with JobDiva for about one year and a half going on two years life of our recruiting department have been so much easier. JobDiva goes out and does all our searches for us. It allows us to easily quality candidates off of keyword searches. The recruiting department has more time to actually review the candidates resume and make sure they are a good fight as oppose to doing all the leg work and all the sourcing on the various different boards.
One of the key features that I find very useful with JobDiva is the ideal job board candidate so that you can bring up a candidate record, click the ideal icon and it will tell you right away if it matches your description as well as checking the job skills and telling you how long of experience they need for the specific job.
A key feature that I really enjoy with JobDiva is the fact that we work with government contracts which require a certain number of years experience with degrees with this feature we can actually easily calculate exactly how many years and how many months a person has been in the industry and working to qualify them for the federal government.
JobDiva has allowed us the ease of being able to submitt candidates to the managers without having to go to external email programs has definitely increased the amount of submittals and interviews that we have. Everything that we have can be done on one page in the candidate record, attaching the word resume, which is an enhancement that they added for us, is being able to attach the word document. Some of our clients require very specific types of formats for the resumes. So we can attach them into JobDiva and through JobDiva we select to attach the document and submit them. We’ve had a vast number of submittals with interview ratio.
One of the benefits is the fact that it is web based. I can go home and sign back on to JobDiva have all my information available resumes, interviews and submittals everything is right there so I can continue working, increasing my submittals, increasing my interviews, my hires and increasing my money and that’s where it hits.
