When we started looking for a recruiting tool, we wanted something unique in the market place. Traditionally, we have used standard see around tools to track data, to track resumes and to track clients, etc. Those tools provide us with certainly a good data entry point into the information that we needed. Over the time it created a time crunch for our recruiters, our sales person and certainly our executive management. As we looked through the tool sets, JobDiva came to the top, simply because it provided us with a new way of thinking in recruiting.

A new way of thinking in recruiting is an avenue for our recruiters to spend much more time with the candidates. Having the recruiters spend more time with the candidates we are finding an exact fit for requirements than having to sift through thousands of resumes and searching key words etc. Essentially, it is getting candidates to our clients faster, more efficiently and more on target.

A sales perspective, JobDiva gives us the opportunity to match those opportunities with candidates and ultimately with a pool of resources that we haven’t had the access to in the past. Those pools of resources are simply accessible to us through the system that other standard CRM systems didn’t allow us to have. In other words, what we used in the past is systems that were more data management, date centric, etc. JobDiva is intelligent enough to understand what we where looking for when we enter into the system and will automatically produce those resumes that fit.

JobDiva also gives us the ability to work with our organization going global. We have offices around the world and in doing so each office tends to have their own protocols, own process and own systems. With JobDiva we can centralize those processes and systems into a virtue market place of candidates.

We can combine the work engines that we have around the world in order to supply whatever requirements we have in a particular niche, or a particular region, or a particular peak of market place for a particular time. JobDiva with its online capabilities gives us the ability to use our recruiting power globally into a focused manner.

I was just overseas visiting our overseas, client’s offices. We have some key requirements that need to be filled by the end of the year for our clients. I was able to go over to that trip with the level of confidence that I had never had before in order to fill those requirements. I was able to check on those requirements; I was able to see the status of those requirements, I was able to see the progress, that both JobDiva was making and my recruiting staff was making in order to fill those requirements.

At the end of the day, we filled those requirements and it was purely because of JobDivas capabilities of having a virtue harvester operate while my folks are sleeping, out of the office, etc.

At the end of the day, JobDiva gives me the confidence that we can do our job both virtually and in the office. I’m and an ad vet golfer, boater, etc. I get plenty of time to do those activities with JobDiva and have the confidence while doing those activities that work is going to be done.
