We have been working with JobDiva for several years now. What we have noticed is that as things have changed JobDiva has kept up with us. JobDiva has kept up with the market place with our demands on how we use the system and JobDiva has kept up with the demands that come from our end clients on finding qualified people.

This puts tremendous pressure on an organization like us.
It puts pressure on us to perform in order to satisfy their needs but it also puts pressure on us in order to out perform our competitors. We are able to deliver today exactly what our clients want and we are able to beat our competition to the market through the use of sound process through the use of leading technology. We have made a commitment to one technology called JobDiva. That technology allows us to run our business model. We have a process JobDiva fits into that process and allows us to succeed. It allows us to target the people that we are looking for. It allows us to find the experience that is required by our clients and it allows us to do it quickly. Our staff is able to effectively and efficiently navigate the market place through the use of JobDiva. The bottom line is good people are hard to find. So what does this require? This requires that our staff can effectively reach out to people. What we mean by that is they have to be able to do it in a way that is not redundant, in a way that does not waste time, and the use of JobDiva allows us to accomplish that.
In order for us to provide the best services to our clients, we need to be thorough, accurate and responsive. JobDiva allows us to do all three of those things. It allows us to be thorough. It allows our recruiters to go out there and canvas the market place in a very thorough manner through using bulk tools for communication by using internet tools to do harvesting of data collection. We are able to do that.
It allows our recruiters to be responsive. If I get a call coming in right now and I can talk to my client. I can quickly have a conversation with my client, go through the details, type this in, if I were at my desk I would have a headset, I could be typing in the specific needs that the client has I can list in JobDiva all the different required skills, hit one button and all of our recruiters are notified immediately. They start recruiting right away.
Currently, in our private database we have several hundred thousand candidates. Our recruiters can work immediately on those hundreds of thousands potential candidates. At the same time there are electronic components within JobDiva that go out to collect even more people so it’s a very fluid process that allows us to be extremely responsive instead of waiting days to find people, we can find highly qualified people almost immediately.
If it were not for the fact that we put our people through a thorough screening and testing and evaluation we could have people within minutes but typically we are able to deliver high qualify consultants to our clients within hours. This is a fantastic tool for our management team to make sure that we are delivering to our clients. We can monitor the activity, we can see the progress of the activity, we can see the progress of candidates being submitted to the clients, we can see the progress of interviews and we can see the performance of our individuals. This ability to manage the data and the process allow us to deliver quality and allow us to do it a reputable fashion to continue to satisfy our clients.
