We have been implementing JobDiva in recently, a process that is still going on in terms of training. From an IT prospective it has been a relatively mild experience since most of the implementation happens in the JobDiva server farm. The only real IT to do is been getting the data off of our old system and shipping that over to the staff at JobDiva.

Those folks have been very helpful with that process of getting that FTP across and so forth. It has been from that prospective a relatively painless process.

From an overall infrastructure stand point we are happy to be able to use JobDiva to enable a large part of our staff to migrate home. In the past we used a client server application and in order for anyone to work at home they had to have a VPN connection into our network. With JobDiva and Diva mail I no longer require that. Basically a recruiter with a high speed connection with a wet browser can work from home or from Starbucks for that matter without any real issues on our side in terms of supporting that.

Our experience in implementing JobDiva from an IT prospective has largely been a relatively minor impact. There has been not a lot of requirement for the IT infrastructure or applications support to become involved. It has been relatively painless and it has happened very quickly. It appears at least at this point that it is going to be a significant improvement to our business.
