Diya Obeid: I’m a man in a suit. I look very conservative and traditional but I’m far from being conservative and traditional. I actually think everyday of my life whenever I wake up; I say this is the beginning of my life. This is the beginning of the part the life that I can do something to change things in the future.

Ken Hoinsky: It is a tool that we rely on for everything that we do, every person that we placed. Literally our livelihoods depend on JobDiva. We have come to be very successful using it. I have placed for all sorts of different jobs for all different clients. I did everything from IT, to administrative, to scientific research and development, engineers and sales people whatever. All of it can come from this tool, but you have to know how to do it right.
Kristine DeFiglio: Don’t just set up your job and move on. You need to be constantly working with your criteria trying to improve it trying to improve your search to find those candidates for your clients.
Diya Obeid: Today we control all those actions we do in the future.
Karen Leland, Key note speaker: How many of you solve problems during the day? Just raise your hands? Ok, how many of you create problems during the day? Laughter from the audience. More than likely? Solve and create problems. Those things are what we would call the functions of your job. In other words those are the things that grab us by the collar when we come into work in the morning and say alright take care of me. They are focused on profit but satisfaction as well. They understand the relationship between profit and satisfaction. They use technology to create closeness not distance so if you go into a company that works like this their technology is actually a bonus to you. Their technology is actually helpful to you.

You are not only checking your email you can also go to a contact record, you can go to his record, if there is a candidate record you can go to his record. You can also save the email permanently into JobDiva application. If you think the name is fancy wait until you see what it does actually. Calca Diva is basically a tool that provides the recruiters and sales people with the ability to guestimate the best approximation of the margin when negotiating with clients and candidates.
Frank Mobus, Keynote Speaker: Negotiating is a big topic. How many of you here are on the sales side, show your hands? Sales people really pay to do what? He made a joke.
